Perishable items (fresh produce, meat, dairy, etc.): Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable items due to food safety standards.
Non-perishable items (packaged foods, household essentials, etc.): You may return these items within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s), and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, faulty, or wrong item).
